By engaging Signal Peak Leads for web design, SEO, or marketing services, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients and visitors of signalpeakleads.com.
Signal Peak Leads provides custom website design and development, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, and digital marketing services for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal provided before work begins.
Payment terms are outlined in your project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
You agree to:
Upon receipt of final payment, you receive full ownership of the final website design and content created specifically for your project. Signal Peak Leads retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, templates, or code frameworks used in our process that are not project-specific. Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, plugins) remain subject to their own licenses.
Search engine optimization involves factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. We commit to applying industry best practices and working transparently toward your stated goals.
Signal Peak Leads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any websites we produce. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for downtime, security breaches, or data loss that occur after a website is handed off to you or your hosting provider.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. If you terminate a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for all work completed to date. If we terminate due to non-payment or breach of these terms, any outstanding balance remains due.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Catawba County, North Carolina.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
